I fiund the story interesting and close to current bank pratice. The characters need more development but complexivelly a relativelly decent piece of sf
Poor writing, characters and story. Done many times before. see !Colossus. From the 60's and antedates this stuff by 50 years.
Bad formatting, no real characterization, not written in standard English (a definite British accent on this one), a less than dramatic plot, typos...just about everything that can be wrong with a book is wrong with this one. Yet, the author shows promise. He's a little too glib, but that can work for him if he perfects it. He does need to withdraw this book and run it through a few more drafts.
I was puzzled by the opening. Very unusual start. I wanted to know where it was going so I stuck with it.
By simplistic I mean it is not over verbal. It is not the the equivalent of expensive, fine dineing with all the overly fancy flurishes. It is fine dining at its best. It knees nothing else.
I love the self aware computer. I would not call it AI because it is way beyond artificial intelligence. It can think and do its own evaluation.

The concept seemed interesting but there is no plot development, character detail and development is rudimentary and the story line does not address in detail the economic or IT outcomes of the plot. should have a separate category for such short stories. An overpriced waste of time. One star is generous.
I actually really liked this book. There were errors in grammar and spelling, but over all it was a really interesting book. I would have liked to see more details in it. Definitely worth a read.
This book is OK, although the whole text seems a little off. However, given the overall size (and editing errors) I'd expect it to be US$0,99 e-book instead. If I had bought the US$7,50 paper book, I'd be very disappointed.
